"The New England
Adolescent Research Institute (NEARI), is a special education school
serving students ages 9-22 with very significant emotional, learning,
behavioral and neurodevelopmental problems. Engaging these students,
holding their interest / attention, and doing so for any period of time
is extremely challenging. The combination of Carl’s ability to
accomplish all of these tasks coupled with the power of the icons of the
sports world that he brings with him, create a mesmerizing and deeply
emotional experience that moved students and staff alike. For minority
students to touch the bat of Jackie Robinson, for students or staff to
wear Derek Jeter’s hat when they have been lifetime Yankee fans, or for
die-hard Red Sox fans to wear Carl’s world series ring, brings home the
deepest meaning of sport whether baseball, football or hockey. We could
not have asked for a more compelling, powerful or well-constructed
sports experience. I recommend Carl’s presentation to any special or
regular education facility whose student body and staff include avid
sports vans or just interested others. I expect you will have as moving
and indelible an experience as did we." |

“Carl recently was the announcer at our
son's Red Sox theme wedding. He absolutely thrilled our guests with his
announcing. They all commented on how nice and funny he was as they had
their pictures taken with him and his World Series ring. He definitely
made things a little more special on this very happy day.” |

“Thank
you for participating in the Norman Rockwell Museum Baseball Day 2007.
Many of our visitors, baseball fan or not, enjoyed your trip into
baseball history they were engaged as soon as you started talking.
People commented that it gave them a renewed interest in the game. Your
stories brought back memories of Fenway Park and the Red Sox of the
1960's and 1970's You also gave everyone a seat in the announcer's
booth beside of you during the 2004 Division Playoffs, so we could
witness the "Greatest Comeback Ever". Then escorted us to the same seat
for the 2004 World Series. Thank you again Carl. I will look forward
to you coming back to the Museum in the future.” |

“Having Carl Beane as the guest speaker at our meeting made the evening
truly inspiring and memorable. His talk was as informative as it was
witty with his unique perspective on life and of course on our beloved
Red Sox. As a service club that serves our community, it was gratifying
to see that this man who has the career of his dreams is equally focused
on making a difference in the lives of those around him and in the
community. The only thing bigger than his booming voice at Fenway Park,
is his even bigger heart and his desire to make a positive impact on
those around him.” |

"On
January 21, 2007 the town of Agawam was blessed to have Mr. Carl Beane
serve as an emcee for a benefit dinner. Mr. Beane brought his
championship ring and met with many locals who not only got to try the
ring on, but have their picture taken with Mr. Beane and the ring. This
greatly benefited the fund-raiser because people were more than willing
to donate money to get the chance to get their picture taken with Mr.
Beane and the ring. We are so thankful to Mr. Beane for donating his
time and "ring" for such a great cause" |

“Carl
served as Emcee during several BoSox Club luncheons during my term as
President, and he's on the schedule again in 2007. He's a fountain
of sports knowledge, has a wonderful sense of humor, and of course
there's "the voice". He would be an asset to any event. I
can't recommend him enough. He's a true pro." |

“I am still getting phone calls from friends
and relatives who just can't stop saying enough nice things about the
fact that we had the voice of Fenway Park, Carl Beane, introduce our
wedding party!!! It really made the night a very special event. Carl is
synonymous with the Red Sox organization and Fenway Park itself so to
be in his presence and to hear him announce my wedding party in that
resounding and most recognizable voice made me feel for one night like
I was a member of the Red Sox team!!! Carl is the consummate gentleman
and his sense of humor is terrific. He was a huge hit with of all of my
guests, even the 5 or 6 Yankee fans!!!”
“I know that I will never be introduced at the
plate in Fenway Park by Carl but for one night, we all got to feel like
major leaguers stepping into the batters box. Thanks, Carl, for your
professionalism, your wit, your ability to rev up a crowd and for just
being one heck of a regular guy!!!” |

| "Carl was a guest speaker at one of our
banquets. There was an increase in attendance when members were
informed who the guest speaker would be. He gave us a great talk
about the Boston Red Sox and the behind the scenes life in the Red Sox
organization. The second part of his talk was about sports in
general, giving his perspective on modern day sports athletes vs. early
sports figures, both good and bad. His talk created a great
interaction with the audience and generated many questions." |

"Carl Beane made
our wedding day extra special! If you're a die hard Red Sox fan,
having the Red Sox announcer announce you and your wedding
party, is a gift like no other. He was professional,
articulate, and of course a big hit with the guests. I can't
imagine anyone else doing that very important job. We were
honored to have him share in our special day". |

homegrown man. He has never forgotten his roots and where he
came from. He returns to our local schools each year to talk to
students about literacy, achieving their goals and also to share
his sports knowledge and memorabilia. Mr. Beane is truly a
wonderful tribute to our hometown!" |

| "Having the voice of
Fenway Park announce our names as we entered our wedding
reception made an already special day even better. Carl
was extremely gracious and approachable, letting any of our
guests -- except the Yankees fans -- try on his World Series
ring and spinning his napkin during That's Amore with the same
enthusiasm he uses to announce David Ortiz's name at the
ballpark" |

"Carl's versatile and distinct tones
are known throughout New England as the voice of Fenway Park.
His gift allows him to voice everything from commercials to
documentaries. We're lucky to be able to work with such a
positive and dedicated fan of the game and master of his craft" |

"We were very lucky and very appreciative of the
time Carl Beane took out of his busy schedule to
serve as our celebrity emcee for the fifth annual
Lowell Spinners Alumni Dinner to benefit the Winter
Warmth Project. Having the official voice of Fenway
Park added so much to the night and was one of the
main reasons why the night was such an enormous
success. We cannot thank him enough."
